The topics experienced will span across; Romance, nature, health and well being, local culture, environment and family travel.
Cook Islands Tourism Corporation have targeted France, along with Spain and Italy, as high yield niche markets in Europe with arrivals having grown from the region consistently for the last 3 years. (+7% Jan to Aug 2014 on previous year).
CITC Southern Europe Manager, Nicholas Costantini, comments that, "We are honoured and lucky to have no less than a Chief Editor of a magazine visit us. Tristan's visit should generate an 8 to 10 page editorial story in the magazine and will help us elevate the awareness of the Cook Islands in France, focusing especially on Honeymooners and approximately 25,000 french tourists travelling to New Zealand every year who could be attracted to stop or extend to the Cooks.”
