The first glimpse of Aitutaki is a moment to remember. From the air the turquoise lagoon is simply breath taking.
A short island Safari tour takes in the villages, landmarks and tropical island scenery.
The conch shell signals the moment everyone has been waiting for, a cruise on Vaka Titi Ai Tonga. There are several island stops then off to the perfect place for snorkelling at the southern end of the lagoon. The water is crystal clear and the variety of colourful fish and marine life is outstanding. First time snorkelers need not worry we have a guide on hand to help you enjoy this experience.
While you’re enjoying the lagoon the crew is busy preparing a delicious bbq of fresh fish, tropical fruits and salads.
The afternoon is spent leisurely sun bathing, swimming and beachcombing on an inhibited motu called One Foot Island. On the return Vaka Titi Ai Tonga cruises amongst the small islands while the tour guide shares interesting information about Aitutaki and Cook Island culture.
Towels and snorkelling gear are provided. There is also an on board bar and friendly onboard crew to ensure that your 5 hour lagoon cruise is unforgettable.
